Payment Policy

We currently accept money order or check for book and DVD orders. We are working to provide Visa and MasterCard payment options. If check is provided, the book(s) or DVD(s) requested (s) will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank therefore expect a 4-7 day delay in shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Any information that you provide to us will be used solely by Canadian Gunsmith Company and its employees for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We consider all information confidential and will not sell, rent, or provide your information to any other company or persons. We also do not send any email or other forms of product advertising.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

At Canadian Gunsmith Company, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most cost efficient manner possible. We have chosen Canada Post Standard Parcel Delivery as the most cost efficient method to get your media to you. Below is the basic guideline for shipping rates and estimated shipping times.

Within Canada:

Shipping method:	Standard Delivery
Rate in CDN $:	$6.95 per order base, plus $1.95 per item.
Estimated arrival time:	3-9 business days from date of shipment to all points in Canada.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment , you may return any of the following items to Canadian Gunsmith Company for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error):

•Any book in its original condition

•Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, VHS tape or software.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Canadian Gunsmith Company. We cannot exchange items.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items  

Canadian Gunsmith Company can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us when asking for a replacement before shipping. 

Refunds

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
